What People Are Saying
To say our family is thankful for Sarah's help would be an understatement. After more than 8 months of waking with my daughter every two-to-three hours through the night, we decided it was time to consider gentle sleep coaching. We were beyond the point of exhaustion. I was convinced we couldn't be helped and that our baby needed to be up this frequently because "that's what babies do." The idea of having lengthy periods of sleep seemed unattainable. Sarah was very warm and nonjudgmental about our situation. After our initial consultation, my husband and I agreed to follow her recommendations as a team. Sarah's gentle approach was in line with our preferences as a family. Within a few days and with perseverance, we now have a child that sleeps Over 11 hours with one planned feeding! What I really appreciated was Sarah's accessibility as questions arose throughout our coaching. I never felt judged but was instead met with reassurance and helpful tips. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is wondering about their own situation, "does it really have to be this way?"
Sarah was amazing. We loved how she took the whole picture into account – food intake, daytime schedule – and tweaked even non-sleep components to improve Zoe's sleep! Sarah brought both of us – Zoe and me – back to life!!
Sarah was attentive, gave great tips, and I think the best part is that she was flexible in what we wanted to do and what we knew would work for our son. WE had worked with a sleep consultant in the past who helped our son in certain aspects of his sleep, but she was too rigid with her sleep rules but didn’t give alternatives as to what we can do. Sarah was the opposite — I felt that her help and suggestions were doable and realistic, and also gave us improvements with our son’s sleep situation. He was already a good napper, but his nights were getting out of control again, waking up after several hours of initially falling sleep, and bedtimes were a struggle. Within a day, he was falling asleep with no tears, and about a week later, was sleeping longer and longer until we finally got that beloved “sleeping through the night!”
